CREDIT REQUIREMENTS

All equipment rentals are subject to credit clearance. to establish an open account, a credit application must be completed and returned to us. Please allow ample time for credit clearance prior to your first rental, as most banks require written credit inquiries. Customers with K/A/S Lighting open accounts are required to maintain the terms and conditions of this account.

For the convenience of those customers renting on C.O.D. basis, the K/A/S Lighting credit department accepts payment by American Express, cash, and company checks for rental and insurance deposits.

INSURANCE

Equipment will not be released without the proper insurance certificate, complying with the insurance requirements on the back of our rental contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Any equipment returned after 10 AM will be charged rent for that day.
• Rental prices do not apply towards purchase.
• Minimum out-of-town rental will be 2 days.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the lessee.
• Clients are responsible for registration of equipment going out of the continental limits of the USA.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The lessee is responsible for all repairs to damaged equipment and for the complete replacement costs for destroyed or lost equipment.
• You are invited to examine and test the equipment before accepting it. K/A/S Lighting does not assume responsibility or make any representation for the performance or results of the equipment once it leaves the premises.
  

RESERVATIONS

Please make a reservation well in advance to insure that your equipment will be available for the date you need it. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled pick up to avoid a rental charge.
